We do not recommend washing covers in a washing machine as the machine agitation may cause the seams to rip or tear. Air dry only. We also do not recommend using detergents or bleach as they may damage the protective coatings on the fabric.

• What is the difference between water-repellent, water-resistant, and waterproof vehicle covers?

  Water-repellent fabric sheds water but remains permeable to air, causing water to bead up and run off. Water-resistant fabric is constructed to hinder the absorption and penetration of water but may soak through in heavy rain or prolonged exposure. Waterproof fabric is fully impermeable to water. Regardless of protection level, no cover can prevent condensation - a natural occurrence caused by humidity and dew point. Most covers feature air vents and are designed to allow airflow to aid in evaporation.
