Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. "Closeout", "final sale", or "discontinued" items are not eligible for return. 
Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging
  • Assembled products, final-sale items, and closeout items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
Return Fees
For returns not due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items:
  • A $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • If shipping charges (Shipping Fee) were paid by the customer at the time of purchase, they are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Who do I contact to make a return?

Please contact our Customer Support team either by phone at 1.800.854.2315 or by email at customerservice@classicaccessories.com to obtain a prepaid return label. Our Customer Support team is available between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday.

What happens after I send the product back?

 Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to five business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

What if I didn't purchase product from your website and want to return it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for items not purchased directly from us. You will need to contact the company you purchased it from and find out what their policy is regarding returns as it may be different than ours.
