All orders from this website are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Kent, WA.
How to track your order:
When your order ships, you will receive an email message with the UPS tracking number. To determine the status of your shipment, you can visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number.
When to expect your delivery from our warehouse:
For in-stock items, most orders leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We work hard to send your order as soon as possible.
Free Shipping:
Free Shipping offer only applies to orders over $199 shipped within the contiguous United States. This offer is not valid on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
What to keep in mind as you shop:
Products that say “in stock” are ready to be delivered as soon as you order them on our website. If products say “out of stock,” you may be able to find a similar item in a different collection. We often make same-sized covers and cushions in multiple collections.
